North Korea's recent barrage of seven test missiles is nothing but posturing intended to set the stage for future negotiations on its own terms, an analyst says.
"I think their main intention was really to get the attention of the world and I think they have very much achieved that," Simons Centre for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Research director Wade Huntley told CTV's Question Period, in an interview that aired on Sunday.
